Subaru Legacy 2013 unveiled at an exhibition in Beijing
At the International Motor Show in Beijing, which was held on 25 April to 2 May this year, Subaru has introduced the “Legacy” 2013, with Chinese specifications. Production of the new concept of “legasija” Subaru is described as “improved performance” which should be related to the design, fuel economy, driveability and safety. In pursuit of development that greatly exceeds the expectations of customers, Subaru has devised “Legacy” in 2013 with many more changes and improvements than the usual annual model changes.
Modifications are not limited to exterior and interior. The familiar feeling of sporty driving, comfort and relaxation, typical of the “Legacy”, further enhanced. A new generation of horizontally mounted boxer engine delivers improved fuel economy. The new “Legacy” 2013 retains excellent performance in terms of safety, while at the same time comes with the original exterior design that is highly valued in the Chinese market.
Meanwhile, in Tokyo came the news that Subaru is the new “Legacy” with Japanese specifications, test evaluation of security features of new cars (JNCAP) awarded the maximum five stars. This program evaluation and comparison of the safety features of cars that have recently hit the market conducted by the National Agency for safety and assistance to the victims (Nasva) organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, transports and tourism of Japan.
This “JNCAP awards five stars” by given Subaru “Legacy” refers to the overall security system of the car including a new test that relates to the protection of the legs of pedestrians in a collision with the vehicle.
