Confirmed 4×4 for BMW M135 also BMW announced M750d
Car & Driver magazine recently conducted an interview with the President of BMW M division, with-Friedrich Nitschke, who has launched some interesting information about future products.Nitschke was clear on the occasion of the forthcoming BMW M135 as shown in the concept release at the Geneva Motor Show in March. It was confirmed that the six-cylinder turbo engine will be offered with an optional drive to all four wheels, and the choice of manual and automatic transmissions.
Nitschke has rejected speculation about future versions of M i3 and i8 car, describing them as cars that are the complete opposite with respect to regular and M cars.
Nitschke commented on the current 7 series, namely the so-called. M750d that should compete with the Audi S8 and Mercedes-Benz S-Class AMG. Power will likely come from the same engine that powers the M550d xDrive, in other words it is a 3.0 liter turbo-šestocilindričnoj triple combination that develops 280kW (380KS) en 740 Nm of torque.
